This is an age of brands. We live surrounded by brands 24x7. And corporations are at the forefront of brand promotion efforts. The search for novel approaches and newer opportunities for brand promotion seems to be perpetually on. In this scenario corporations would be glad to use any excuse to promote their brands.

One way of strengthening a corporate brand is to award selected consumers for their patronage, loyalty, and patience. Potential and existing customers love to see their corporate logos prominently displayed to the public and media. They love the gift when they buy the product. The most opportune time therefore is to offer gifts when purchases are being made. Even if people may not be using the product of a particular corporation they may love its logo. Existing customers will be mightily pleased when gifted with something extra, even if it's a small crystal recognition gift. The word of mouth publicity they would generate would be very valuable. In fact some corporations gift their long-term customers on a regular basis. And every time they gift something different. This creates a customer/client relationship that goes above and beyond that of normal customer service in the eyes of the recipient of the Crystal & Glass gift. This is a prime example of providing exceptional customer loyalty which helps to drive additional revenues.

As mentioned earlier market savvy corporations find excuses to shower gifts. Meeting a new customer - they find it fit to offer a small glass gift. Introducing a new range of products or a new model - they deem it appropriate to gift selected potential customers. While selling and popularizing their products in an exhibition they give away gifts to selected prospects. The time of opening a new store or branch is also a time for giving away glass gifts. Anniversaries and other important occasions are good opportunities for giving crystal gifts. Fundraising by the company is also a good platform to popularize the company's brand through gifts and awards.
