Other paperweights are not commonly displayed. Face it, they are not really what you want decorating your office, and neither do your clients and employees. Nor do they have that WOW factor that attracts attention. Crystal awards and plaques have an appearance that is starkly different from ordinary. Crystal is a transparent material that reflects and refracts lights. It doesn't matter where they are displayed, as long as there is light, the crystal paperweights will sparkle and attract attention.

Employee Recognition Corporations are increasingly using golf tournaments as a way to reward their employees for their good work, or as a way to recognize and mingle with their clients. The tournaments are a great way for the employees to get to know each other better, and form relationships that will enhance your company sales. Teamwork is an important aspect of all businesses, and these tournaments are one way to achieve that. A special crystal employee award will show them just how important they are to your business.

Client Appreciation Rewarding clients is another reason to hold tournaments. Loyal buyers are the reason your company is successful, and you should constantly let them know that you appreciate their business. And, the better they know your sales and support staff, the more loyal they will be. Especially if a fun time is included! They will keep supporting your business as they look forward to next year's tournament, and the beautiful crystal paperweight they plan on winning.

Crystal Versatility Crystal awards come in a multitude of shapes and sizes. They can be replicas of golf balls, basketballs, bowling pins, etc. Whatever kind of tournament your company decides to have, you can find an appropriate paperweight. They can be with or without a pedestal, large or small, engraved or not. You can even give out a crystal clock award that can be a constant reminder of your company's tournament as it sits on their desks. So, give awards that will reflect just how special your clients, your staff and your company are!
